When you book a chocolate fountain from The Chocolate Chick, you don't need to worry about the details...that is why you hired us!
Our service includes the following:
Delivery, set up, tear down and clean up within our delivery areas
3 hours use of the chocolate fountain
Customer Service representative on site during your event
Delicious melted premium semi-sweet chocolate

$395.00 - medium $345.00 - small
Payments
We require a reservation, a signed contract and a $200.00 deposit at the time of booking. Reservations are limited and are on a first come-first served basis. The balance of your payment is due at least 10 days prior to the scheduled date of your event.
Once we have obtained the details of your event, we will fax or mail you a contract for you to review and sign. As a courtesy, we will hold your date without a deposit for 7 days to allow you the time to review the contract and mail your deposit or process it via credit card.
Checks should be made payable to The Chocolate Chick Company.
We will happily accommodate events longer than three hours for an additional labor rate
Upgrade to imported semi-sweet, white or milk chocolate or add more chocolate
Add a second, smaller chocolate fountain to the rental and offer two choices of chocolate! (e.g., both milk and white) (additional charge for imported chocolate)
We have small fountains that are perfect for more intimate gatherings and home parties. If you would like to reserve a small fountain, we offer two types.
1.) Self-service package (i.e., the service does NOT include delivery, set up, and staffing). The cost is $250 and includes operating/cleaning instructions with tools, dipping ideas and the semi-sweet or milk chocolate needed for the fountain. This is recommended for gatherings of 50 guests or less. Although groups of 4 have used it!
2.) With an Operator (i.e. we deliver, set up, monitor the event and clean-up). The cost is $345 for a three hour period, includes semi-sweet or milk chocolate and is recommended for gatherings from approximately 130-150.
